Key Responsibilities: As an Agency Relations Specialist at SSIU, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our valued agency partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular office visits with agents to strengthen collaborative partnerships.
- Hosting quarterly meetings to review and discuss agency key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Initiating effective communication strategies, including calls, emails, and informational materials, for new product launches. This includes conducting webinars for quoting and binding instructions.
- Facilitating monthly training calls on our web-based portal, providing comprehensive guidance on its functionalities to enhance user efficiency.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for new agents, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Managing the offboarding process for agents leaving the agency network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in agency relations or a similar role within the insurance industry preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance products and industry trends.
- Willingness to travel for occasional office visits.
