Position Summary:
Develop and implement methodologies within HMMA to support HMMA's goals and objectives. Provide support to suppliers as requested regarding their policies,
procedures.
Essential Functions:

• Provide bilingual translations (Korean and English language) for both written and verbal communications.
• Evaluate supplier policies and operations as requested.
• Coordinate training for HMMA and suppliers.
• Analyse internal and external data, develop reports, and provide information to HMMA management.
• Archive, maintain, and generate statistics using the data collected.
• Analyze response of Team Members to HMMA policies/procedures and objectives.
• Partner with HMMA management to communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
• Analyze data and makes recommendations to HMMA for continuous improvement as requested.
• Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management
  System (SMS) requirements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
