Position Summary:Develop and implement methodologies within HMMA to properly investigate performance and behavioral issues. Audit, implement, and oversee HMMA's corrective action process.
Essential Functions:
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to HMMA and Planning policies, procedures, and operations.
- Enter and maintain selected data; following the Planning sections processes and procedures.
- Aid/advise HMMA management regarding Team Relations issues when necessary; facilitate training; respond to and conduct investigations; and assist in answering and settling issues.
- Generate reports on assigned topics, corrective actions, as well as investigation results.
- Analyze and implement HMMA policies/procedures.
- Coordinate and conduct identified training for HMMA management on relevant HMMA policy.
- Partner with HMMA management to communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
- Analyze data and makes recommendations to HMMA for continuous improvement.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
