The OXE Aftermarket Service Manager (ASM) is to provide direct support to our customer accounts, parts & accessories staff, and technical area managers. This is a multi-faceted role for someone who values outstanding customer service and can take initiative in a collaborative work environment.
Duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, scheduling TAMs, typing or word processing, office machine operation, cycle counting, inventory monthly reviews, oversee entering electronic information quickly and accurately to support our customer accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary duties and responsibilities, not limited to maintaining a thorough knowledge of products & policies to serve customers efficiently.
- Provide assistance to customers by answering, handling & resolving customer questions, requests, issues etc.
- Respond to all customer requests within a 24-hour period.
- Communicate effectively with management, sales force, and warehouse team to meet deadlines.
- Support order entry and post transactions in accounting software.
- Review orders for accuracy
- Provide pricing and delivery information for all outbound products.
- Support sales staff with customer relations
- Support TAMs on weekly basis reviewing schedules and assigning task orders.
- Answer questions for dealers in relation to product, inventory, shipments, Etc.
- Oversee P&A Dept and engines- Receive order, schedule, process, and invoice.
- Review dealer statements, follow up on account receivables.
- Schedule and coordinate technical training.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, ERP systems
- Degree in Business Management
- Customer service skills
- Distribution warehouse experience
- Manage a team of 5+
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented while maintaining high productivity.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
Working Conditions:
- Extensive use viewing a computer monitor and using a keyboard and mouse.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, ability to lift 25 lbs., ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Travel for events, shows, and customer meetings as needed.
