Cnc Lathe Operator

Description:

Performs a variety of machine operations utilizing numerical control machines to cut, shape or from metal parts to specifications.
Requirements:

*
2-3 years’ experience operating more than 2 machines , Citizens CNC swiss lathes machines and or Fixed headstock ( Tsugami, Doosan, Mori Seiki , Miyano, Index MS40/MS32)

• Able to do set-ups and troubleshoot (preferred )
• Able to write and edit a program at the machine/ software for Fixed headstock or Citizens.
• Able to read and understand blueprints
• Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices
• Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs
• Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines
• Able to make adjustments on the machine
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Good technical and mathematical skills

Schedule:* Monday – Friday ; overtime available
- 1st shift : 6:00 am - 4:30 pm or , 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
