RUNHOOD Power - an innovative manufacturer of portable power solutions - is currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to work out of our new office in Hayward.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Customer Service Manager is expected to quickly become an expert in understanding the RUNHOOD line of RALLYE portable power stations as well as be versed in our new Dual Energy Storage System from both a technical and a functional perspective.
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer requests from a growing, international customer base, will help customers with inquiries regarding purchases of products, resolve customer issues, and be the main point of contact between service and the customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

- Experience in resolving customer issues and improving overall customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor degree

Pay: $57,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
