Admissions Coordinator (Weekends)

Auburn Oaks Care Center is a 99 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Auburn CA.

We are currently looking for a Weekend Admissions Coordinator who has some experience in a Skilled Nursing setting and looking to work for an amazing facility and team!

Some Job Responsibilities May Be:

-Review Referrals

-Coordinate with Case Managers at the Hospital

-Assess patients at the hospital

-Work with nursing to accommodate for admissions

-Meet with new Admits

-Meet with RP's to Sign Admission Packets

-Other

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Experience:

• Reviewing Clinical Charts: 1 year (Required)
• Skilled nursing facility: 1 year (Preferred)
