Admissions Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strong communicator who is highly organized and detail-oriented for our Admissions Coordinator position. The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support in a high end, concierge mental health setting.

The Admissions Coordinator responsibilities include:

● Manage the front desk including greeting and checking-in clients

● Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to prospective clients, their families and referents

● Complete client registration, assessment and orientation upon admission to the program

● Schedule client appointments and manage the appointment calendar

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems

● Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers

● Assist Director of Clinical Outreach with marketing events and tours

● Assist Administrator with billing and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
