Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Surrogate Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Under the direct supervision of the founder/COO, the coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and project management within admissions operations for the recruitment of Gestational Carriers. This position takes lead in the development and administration related to admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Admissions and Recruitment Department; ensuring all surrogates approved meet requirements and ensure that the department is performing to company standard
- Provide information to surrogate candidates regarding agency process, compensation, benefits, and all related required paperwork needed to accept an applicant into the program
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence related to HIPPA
- Request Surrogate medical records and ensure all medical records are retrieved in a timely manner
- Perform background checks on approved surrogates
- Accurately prepare and process all surrogate paperwork
- Screen preliminary inquiries of candidates who wish to become a surrogate
- Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the agency
- Maintain and organize electronic files
- Onboarding of qualified Gestational Carrier candidates; review applications; primary point of contact with inquiring surrogate candidates who approach our agency
- Coordinate the development, preparation, and implementation of public outreach
- Planning, executing, and attending in person events; coordinate logistics and participate in public meetings and resource fairs for recruitment and retention of Gestational Carriers
- Perform, plan, and execute monthly Gestational Carrier educational and activity events
- Track and release available Gestational Surrogates weekly to third party referrals
- Matching of Gestational Carriers with intended parents; retrieval of required documents from GC/IP, forward of GC medical records to IVF, and transfer of match to case manager upon medical records approval
- Participate in various office organizational and administrative projects as assigned; contribute to and, as appropriate, manage special projects or studies, including reports, exhibits, and events
- Expand company market reach for Gestational Carriers
- Market research: work with management to ensure all GC benefits are competitive within the industry
- Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly company goals
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Communications, Women's Studies or related field preferred, but not required
- Experience in the surrogacy field strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be able to convey a warm and professional tone via all electronic communication and phone conversations
- Ability to develop good relationships with clients, generating results
- Ability to handle a wide range of issues and answering questions in-person and via email/phone
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective
- Ability to provide first-class customer service, 24/7 availability going above and beyond. This might include providing concierge-type services, scheduling after-hours calls or meetings, and being available on weekends for time-sensitive issues.

Hours:
This is a hybrid position (remote/in-person). Regular working hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with in-person office days Tuesday-Thursday.
Remote work with occasional travel may be considered for well-qualified candidates who align with our requirements and demonstrate the ability to excel in a remote setting.
