Job Description: Corporate Admirative  Support Worker– Lifetime Brands

This role requires a “can-do” attitude from a candidate willing to spearhead new projects with the goal of improving the
performance of the sales force and providing salespeople with the tools they need to achieve the company’s financial
goals.

This role requires juggling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate work environment and assisting upper Management in delegating tasks and deadlines to the entire salesforce.

 

• The Corporate Admirative Support Worker position entails coordinating bi-annual virtual meetings and quarterly in-person trade show schedules for the sales force at Lifetime Brands.
• Responsible for compiling financial projections from sales and delivering them monthly to Upper Management.
• Interpreting and analyzing sales data collected from all members of the sales force is a regular activity for this role.
• Responsible for assisting in organizing:
  • Board of Director meetings material
  • Monthly and Annual Budgeting communication between Finance and the Sales team
  • Product development presentations across all channels of distribution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Lifetime product divisions to communicate new products and trends to the sales
    force
  • Manage complex trade show customer appointment schedules
  • Organize product and trend presentations from the marketing team
  • Regularly assist with major sales presentations and marketing tools
  • Monitor monthly financial reporting from the sales force and communicate the numbers to the product divisions
  • Collect retail sales data from the salespeople and analyze overall sales trends
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by Upper Management

  • Travel as deemed necessary: major presentation support, trade shows, significant program launches.

- Education: Bachelor’s level degree
- Experience: 1-3 years in the field or in a related area
- Advanced skill set with Excel and MS
- Proficiency in coordinating large scale meetings in Google Meets, Microsoft Teams and other platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the retail market place

Ability to use advanced judgment in problem solving

This position reports directly into the President of the company, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication, attention to detail and organization skills.

Salary Range $55,000.00 to $65,000.00
