We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to provide support for our busy Sales Team. This position plays an important role in providing excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to, fostering positive relationships with the sales and marketing team, acting as a liaison between our NYC sales office and the Westbury office, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the sales department, reviewing sales orders for accuracy before processing, and keeping track of vendor promotions for the sales team. The Administrator will set up new accounts and maintainaccurate customer information and sales records. Process and direct leads, calls, website contact requests and emails to appropriate sales team members and provide daily review and processing of backorders, new business and vendor requests forms and maintaining sales and marketing materials. Assists the Sales Director in scheduling conference calls, meetings, webinars, and special events, and collecting information for market analysis, RFPs, monitoring CRM System to ensure timely follow up on leads and prospective opportunities. Greet and announce visitors and manage the reception area.

Ideal Experience/Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Must be flexible to work for three days per week in our mid-town Manhattan location and two days per week in our Westbury, NY office (Long Island).
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with ability to follow instructions.
· High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, and comfortable working individually or in a team environment.
· Must be self-motivated and have a willingness to increase your knowledge and understanding of Corporate Coffee Systems products, their functionality and use.
· Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
