- Manage office and administrative functions and tasks, including but not limited to processing invoices, expense reports and recognition program distributions
- Coordinate and manage meetings and events, as needed, including capability building and team events
- Prepare and coordinate the preparation of presentations and documents for team and internal company use (e.g., quarterly reports, standard decks, translated materials)
- Assist in managing and maintaining documents and data repository for Global Communications team
- Opportunity for expanded communications team assignments, including webcast preparation, reporting, editorial calendar management, video/photo/audio creation and editing, and more

- Hands-on and resourceful; a champion for a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-solving, project management and organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under time constraints, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with emphasis on writing succinctly and effectively.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required; Adobe product experience (Photoshop, Acrobat) a plus.
