This is a full-timetemp-to-hire opportunity to work with a large company that loves to promote fromwithin! The Administrative Support Specialistis an independent role that will overseevarious duties including vendor management, order processing, and supporting the sales team. You will be working directly with customers and salesrepresentatives in this position to manage day-to-day operations.
Administrative Support Specialist Job Duties:
- Supporting the sales team
- Processing work orders
- Coordinate installation with onsite leads
- Written and verbal communication on scheduling/rescheduling all jobs
- Data Entry - filing DOT paperwork, entering in installers' hours
- Processing Accounts Payable
You will be successfulin this position, if you enjoy working closely with your team to meet deadlines,talking with clients, and working in a positive professional environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Administrative Support Specialist Requirements:
- Minimum1 year in an Administrative, Customer Service, or Data Entry role
- Typing skills
- Good math skills
- Ability to work in Excel and other software programs
Pay: $22.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience
