Form of workWeare currently working with a restoration company in Everett who is looking fora full time experienced Administrative Support Specialist.
This company specializesin restoring homes after water, smoke, fire and wind damaged. They pride theirselves on the level of customer service and the ability to get projects done ina timely manner. This small team is in need of an Administrative Support Specialist? to take on their general clerical day to day duties.
This is a temporary position with the intention to go permanent for the right person.
Administrative Support Specialist Duties:
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and in-person.
- Processing invoices and payments
- Greeting visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Data entry- Interacting with various computer programs
- Sending and writing emails and memos to internal employees and vendors.
- Working with the VP and CEO to support various projects.
Administrative Support Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the administrative field
- Over the phone customer service
- Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office programs- Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- 6+ months AP experience a plus
- Reliable transportation
Schedule: 8am to 5 pm
Pay: $20-$23/hour
