Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day financial transactions as well as end of week/month/year reporting
Maintaining insurance policies
Handle Worker's Compensation processes including reporting incidents and managing claims
Oversee completion and maintenance of I9 forms for all employees
Process payroll accurately and on-time
Supervise general office operations and provide admin support
Maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in office management
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of commercial insurance and worker's compensation processes
Experience in payroll administration
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
