1. Interview clients to determine eligibility for weatherization programs and document case files according to program guidelines;
2. Maintain all necessary records and relevant computer databases;
3. Scan and upload required documentation and photos;
4. Assist in preparation of invoices;
5. Finalize materials and labor for each job completed by the crews;
6. Close out client files in all databases and spreadsheets;
7. Assist with completing time sheets and entering into payroll system;
8. Coordinate services with other internal programs and other organizations in the community;
9. Attendance at training as required for job;
10. Assist in the management of tool and material inventory.
11. Assigning crisis work and clean and tune jobs to HVAC Contractors.
12. Other duties as assigned.
- The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet) are required. The successful candidate will be required to utilize a computer to develop and track client goals and to input client data into internal and web based management information systems.
Ability to lift 50 pounds. Must have a High school diploma or GED and a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is required. A personal background check and drug screening will be completed.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
