Position Information:
Salary: $17.86 (hourly/full-time)
Location: Westmoreland Office (Greensburg, PA)
Shift: 8AM-4PM (Full-time/Flexible)
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Position Description
This position supports the activities of the Achieva Early Intervention program by providing administrative support and by using organizational skills, digital literacy and ability to work in a highly functioning team. Maintains and ensures accuracy of information in organizational, local and state databases. Takes initiative and is able to self-direct and multitask.
Job Responsibilities - Highlights
- Accurately records information in the Provider Referral system, including removing information from the therapist call-in line and entering start dates.
- Analyze and interpret information provided by therapist to code late service start date reason.
- Independently supervises services not started list from Alliance for Infant and Toddlers and contact therapists for information where needed.
- Maintain up to date therapist availability and assist in daily referral/claim process.
- Distribute initial referral information to therapists and maintain communication.
- Scan Early Intervention files and complete scanning regularly.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Equivalent of high school diploma and one to two years of related experience. Highly proficient with computers and software, including Google Workspace; spreadsheet experience is essential. Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with others in a variety of modalities. Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
