Experience specific to contracts, though desirable, is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret document terminology and requirements.
- Calculate pricing in accordance with provided guidelines.
- Prepare documents, complete required forms, obtain support materials.
- Prepare contract usage reports.
- Provide contract support to external and internal stakeholders.
- Acquire & maintain knowledge of Blick product lines.
- Limited business travel for meetings, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Other duties related to contract services as assigned.
- Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, with additional hours as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field, or equivalent business office experience (such as banking, insurance, or other business services).
- Ability to create, edit, and perform functional calculations using Microsoft Excel.
- Effective instructional, informational, persuasive, and transactional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Aptitude for business math and data analysis.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Highly efficient with the ability to prioritize workload and deadlines.
- Good typing and 10-key skills.
