Administrative Manager (Antedote)
Antedote is seeking a highly organized and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential operational and clerical leadership to ensure our youth mentorship program runs smoothly.
About Antedote:
Antedote is a new category of mental health support and an alternative to the current triage model of mental health and substance abuse treatment. We offer a community and an ecology of practices for young men aged 14-26 facing mild to moderate substance use and mental health challenges.
We’re a small start-up led by an intimate team located in a well equipped rec facility in west LA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and space coordination
- Greet visitors and program participants in a warm, professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence promptly and courteously
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for organized record keeping
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for group sessions and internal meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
- Assist with data entry, billing, and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Airtable, Google Suite, and experience with any other project management software
- Technical know-how and ability to learn new software and services on the fly.
- Customer service oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
