About Feature Animation Production Management:
What You'll Do
- Maintaining calendars for three Senior-level Executives, including booking and confirming large cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally
- Preparing and submitting Senior-level executive expense reports
- Communicating and coordinating with productions and vendors both internally and externally
- Assisting with the onboarding of new hires
- Maintaining studio Google Drive databases for internal and external production use
- Liaising with in-house production teams on protocols (expenses, travel, etc.)
- Attend meetings to take and share meeting notes and to manage action items out of those meetings
- Keeping slate trackers, crew contact lists, and other team documents up to date
- Planning team and/or production events (offsites, recruiting events, etc.)
- Brainstorming potential workflow efficiencies for the team
- Providing additional support on studio initiatives as needed
- Support the shows with any internal navigating of Feature Animation at Netflix and Netflix cross-functional teams
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years as an Administrative Assistant or similar experience
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and scheduling for numerous executives and simultaneous productions
- Team player who excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Google Suite proficiency
- Basic knowledge of the Animation landscape

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The overall market range for roles in this area of FAN Animation at Netflix is typically $26.29 - $38.00 / hour. This range is based on total compensation (vs. only base salary), which is in line with our compensation philosophy.
