Property Masters in Woodstock, GA is looking for an Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our Vendor Department!

 

Job Description:

As a Data Entry specialist, you will be required to compile, and format documents for Data Entry, check documents for errors, input data and update the database, and manage the digital filing systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for entering vendor information into our system, updating existing entries, and organizing hard copies of information appropriately. To be a successful Data Entry specialist, you should possess excellent typing skills and be attentive to detail.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our vendor network data. This position is ideal for an individual who has a strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify and question data discrepancies when necessary. Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

·         Accurately entering new and updated vendor account information into our database from various sources, including paper documents and digital files.

·         Maintaining a detailed and organized system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.

·         Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.

·         Maintain the quality of content within our CRM database.

·         Facilitates the successful on-boarding of new vendor accounts.

·         Ensures confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure.

·         Respond to email and voice mail in a timely manner.

·         Review and verify vendor insurance information to ensure the received information adheres to requirements.

·         Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.

·         Effectively communicate to manager for escalation of any issues causing the vendor onboarding process not to be processed completely and or partially in a timely matter.

·         Perform clerical duties such as electronic filing, inbox organization and sorting skills, responding to vendor or internal emails.

·         Open, Sort, Scan, USPS Mail for Vendor Department.

·         Work with accounts payable team in processing ACH paperwork - Inputs and loads any needed vendor payroll information in a timely and accurate manner into our system so AP can process their payroll.

·         Assist in 1099 reporting prior to year-end and maintain list of files for future 1099 eligible vendors.

·         Prepare Fed Ex packages, mail/shipping, and coordinate.

·         Responsible for Initial communication follow up and responses via phone calls and text messages.

·         Track and manage compliancy records within our current vendor network. Communicate with vendors on expired documents.

·         Check and track new vendor leads from the following daily; Lowes, Path to Pro, Toolbelt, 3rd party vendor sourcing platforms, etc.

·         Responsible for all Vendor Department related reporting with review for accuracy from Direct report. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and our CRM system for data reporting.

·         Occasionally perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

·         Assist the team in any tasks that are delayed and fill in when team members are absent.

·         Collaborate with direct report to meet Data Entry goals and deadlines.

·         Maintain a positive attitude with both staff and vendor network.

 

Skills/Qualifications Required:

·         Quick typing skills.

·         Computer savvy.

·         Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data.

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

·         Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

·         Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Able to organize and prioritize workload to be successful.

·         Proficiency in Excel.

·         Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

•         High school diploma or GED.

•         Data entry experience or related office experience.

Base Pay: $17-$18 per hour

·         After the onsite training is complete, up to (2) days working remotely available.
