As an entry level Administrative Coordinator for the Digital Media Team, your primary scope will be focused on administrative tasks, including basic accounting and accounts reconciliation. As a member of the Digital Media team, you will be exposed to various media types with a focus on OTT and streaming TV in a support role with oversight from the Media Director. This is an entry level, full-time, hybrid, salaried position headquartered in Herndon, VA. Local candidates preferred for onsite hybrid role, but all are welcome to apply (eastern time zone only).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile and process invoices monthly; interact with our internal accounts payable department, as well as outside vendors
- Assist in all aspects of media activity including accounts reconciliation, reporting, media presentations, plans, flow charts, posting, among other assignments
- Traffic spots and instructions to media outlets
- Learn the day-to-day procedures and processes of managing assigned accounts
- Become proficient in using applicable media software programs
- Work with calculations and other quantitative data and research
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment, onsite 2-3 days weekly
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years’ professional work experience in admin, accounting, or related field
- Media buying in an advertising agency environment, preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Google suite, (docs, sheets, slides)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability and comfort level working in a fast-paced environment, maintains composure under pressure
- Skilled at multi-tasking simultaneous projects to maintain workflow and meet hard deadlines
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Must be proactive and adept at problem solving
