***We Are looking for a part-time Admin/Marketing Assistant
Zion Restoration Counseling Services is an established and collaborative private mental health clinic based in Fairfax, VA. We are looking for enthusiastic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Admin with Social Media or Marketing experience.
Successful candidates must have an administrative background, sales history, and excellent customer service skills. This position requires balancing multiple priorities in a busy office with calmness, confidence, and a positive attitude.
Strong written skills, Proficent Computer Skills, and social media or Marketing experience
- Schedule: Mondays 10-6 and Thursdays 10-6
Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls, coordinating care, and updating client records.
- Booking, scheduling, requesting, and verifying client documentation.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promoting our clinical services.
- Collaborating with other administrative staff to streamline processes as needed.
- Assisting with design of back-office systems, file organization, SOPs, and other administrative supports.
- Prioritizing workload daily while delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Exuding professional energy and engagement while providing positive experiences to clients and co-workers.
- Assisting in marketing our brand online and at events; locating and coordinating community events; and attending events occasionally.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related program (preferred); HS Diploma (required) or a Marketing Degree
- 2+ years experience in medical administrative support, Marketing or similar office management roles (preferred)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
