Our client located in Adrian is looking for a part time Administrative Coordinator. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate and pays $14 an hour.
Duties include:
Answering and directing calls
Intake for Volunteers
Manage volunteer application and background checks.
All aspects of the volunteer program including gathering interest forms, obtaining waivers, tracking hours, scheduling volunteers. Review and update handbook.
Data Entry
Travel within Lenawee County to various job sites and coordinate volunteer opportunities with construction crews.
Send thank you notes and communications.
Act as a liaison to college and university partners.
Other tasks as assigned.
