The Medical Administrative Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to our medical office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and an emphasis in marketing.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient logistics, education, and instruction
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
-Communicate benefits of practice to potential new patients
- Assist with multiple physician needs, test requisitions, referrals, EKGs, referrals
- Manage patient order fulfillment and online store
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Lead marketing campaign including social media
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
```Experience```
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems and QuickBooks a plus
- Strong knowledge of multi phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Marketing experience a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team in a cross trained environment
