The Administrative Clerk is a role that supports the needs of our Enrollment, Patient Relations, and our Claims team. This role will focus on data entry and other clerical work associated with enrolling new patients as well as assisting with documentation of in-process claims and patient accounts. This role will report to our Manager of Enrollment and Patient Relations.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
What You'll Do
- Administrative/clerical work for enrollment, patient care, and claims teams including:
- Verifying and entering information into company database
- Creating and updating spreadsheets and logs as necessary
- Documenting patient accounts as needed
- Reviewing and editing referral source information in databases to ensure accuracy
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by team manager
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative or clerical work preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Team player: ability to work independently while supporting multiple company functions
- Exceptional time management skills
- Bilingual a plus
