Job Summary:
Under close supervision, this position will train in various aspects of business operations rotating throughout the organization. This position will assist with staffing gaps and provide administrative support to functional teams as assigned. The goal of the position is to identify an employees strengths and transfer them into a mutually agreed upon role within a specific operational team as openings become available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Train and gain a complete understanding of the IMX Practice Management Software
· Train and gain a general understanding of overall IME business functions
· Provide general administrative support to various functional teams as assigned
· Maintain organizational benchmarks
· Conform to client Service Level Agreement (“SLA”)
· Maintain confidentiality of information
· Support day-to-day operations
· Participate in continued training in systems and processes
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong typing and computer skills, to include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Able to establish professional relationships and effective communication with employees, clients, vendors and industry partners
· Basic organization skills; attention to details
· Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
· High school diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education
· 0 to 1 year of administrative experience
