JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
With minimal supervision, the Administrative Assistant/Timekeeper acts as a liaison between several departments within the company and the field. This position would also serve as back-up to the front desk.
Essential Functions

- Setting up employees in TRACK, reconciling time, requesting variances, allocating equipment usage, and creating payroll imports
- Assists estimating with bid log, proposal templates, gathering required documentation, and record retention and manage estimating calendar
- Runs and compiles various reporting for project managers and customers
- Answering phones, scheduling meetings, backup for the front desk, and miscellaneous clerical duties
- Operates as backup for purchasing department.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. Hours are standard office hours, Monday through Friday.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position at this time.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office, must be proficient with Excel.
- Engineering on Construction Management Degree or relative experience preferred.
