Administrative Assistant/Sales Support.

Responsibilities:
General office duties, including phone and email management
? Support to field representatives, including but not limited to:
o Generating and distributing product quotes
o Maintain inventory of marketing supplies
o Assist with procurement of sales and marketing material
o Shipping sales and marketing supplies
o Compiling and sending product information via email and hard copy
o Generating and distributing daily sales reports
o Assist with onboarding of new sales representatives
? Client service and support, including but not limited to:
o Processing and management of sales orders, QuickBooks experience is a plus
o Monitor shipping progress and help rectify shipping exceptions
? Client database management, Salesforce experience is a plus
? Maintain appropriate interactions with company departments
? Collaboration with management on various corporate projects
? Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment, supplies and marketing material
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
