Southbury, CT Law Firm seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.
The position includes responsibility for clerical and administrative functions, including reception duties, answering the phone, file management, correspondence, and general office duties, including special projects as assigned by the attorneys.
This is a growth oriented position for the right individual who seeks employment in a dynamic and congenial atmosphere. Working knowledge of Estate Planning and Probate is preferred but we would consider training the right candidate.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Competent editing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar applications is a must
- A warm and caring personality and good listening skills
A self-starter, possess focus and initiative, team-oriented; high degree of professionalism.
