Looking for a part-time Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join a growing wellness center in the heart of Virginia Highlands. Newly renovated, beautiful office with floor to ceiling windows, rooftop terrace overlooking downtown and community flex space.

Responsibilities:
- Support marketing initiatives including social media, blog, and website. Canva experience is a plus.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures
- Maintain office space including light cleaning, taking out trash, and restocking.
- Support clinicians with day to day responsibilities utilizing our practice management software.
- Assist with office managerial tasks and company organization
- Manage client inquiries and intake calls
Necessary skills:
- Excellent communications skills, connects well with others
- Self motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented
- Experience with google workspace, social media, and canva
- Comfort with computer-based tasks
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma
