About Us: We are a nationwide above ground pool company with corporate offices located in Atlanta, GA. We are a family-owned and operated company that has successfully been in business since 1982. And we have multiple openings and positions to fill.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Field inbound customer calls.
- Answer department specific questions.
- Create and manage customer files.
- Work with customers and field reps to complete customer files.
- Perform other work-related duties relative to a specific department.
Administrative Assistant Requirements / Qualifications:
- No experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
- Must be friendly.
- Strong people and customer service skills are helpful.
- Organized and goal oriented is helpful.
- Willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities is helpful.
- Being a problem solver that's willing to work to solve problems independently is helpful.
- A flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends is helpful.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Administrative Assistant Compensation:
- Starting at $16.00 Per Hour.
- Plus an Additional 10 Hours Per Week at $24.00 Per Hour Overtime Pay.
- Paid Weekly.
- Start Immediately.
