Family Health Care Clinic, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that provides primary health care services to patients regardless of their ability to pay. We are looking for a Receptionist for our Corporate Office.
The ideal candidate understands that they serve as the first point of contact for external callers and in-person visitors. The Administrative Receptionist often gives visitors their first impression of the organization. As such, the ideal candidate will understand that presentation matters. This on-site position reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the organization and must be a dependable and flexible team player. Because our environment is completely electronic, the ideal candidate must have mastery level skills in basic computer applications. Business attire is required for this position.
The duties are responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls
- Record and send telephone messages
- Direct electronic communications
- Receive deliveries
- Develop and produce reports
- Run occasional local errands
- Receive and route incoming faxes and mail
- Other duties assigned as needed
Job Type: Full-time
