Our company is looking for an incredibly organized, highly efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our company and providing support to our staff. We're interested in candidates who have excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize projects effectively. Basic computer skills with data entry and spreadsheet manipulation and tracking is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone, written, and electronic correspondence.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Basic computer skills, data entry, spreadsheets, and tracking data.
- Create calendars and schedules for company projects.
- Organize and upkeep of files
- Construction knowledge preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
