In 1978, radical nuns and community activists founded CCLT as a response to the rapid gentrification occurring in the rural communities of Maine.
Experienced Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant needed.
This is perfect for a candidate needing flexibility in their schedule, additional retirement income, or parent hours.
Duties:
Prepare and maintain financial records.
Analyze both financial and product data and prepare reports.
Accounts Receivables; Process invoices, track payments, prepare deposits & collections.
Reconcile multiple bank accounts.
Accounts Payables; manage vendor invoices, ensure payables processed, monthly statements.
Prepare financial statements and reports for board review.
Assist the board with administrative, clerical duties e.g. filing, mailing, keeping the office organized.
Attend board meetings monthly to take minutes and action items.
~Candidates will have 3 years bookkeeping and administrative experience.
~Proficient computer skills to include MS Excel, MS Word & Adobe. QuickBooks
knowledge a plus.
~Excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and ability to work
independently.
