Workers Compensation Claims Administrative Assistant

`Maine Municipal Association’s Risk Management Services team is currently recruiting for a WC Claims Administrative Assistant.

This administrative position works within the Claims Department supporting the WC Claims Representatives in daily tasks and duties regarding the handling and processing of a worker’s compensation claim. This position requires high capacity for critical thinking skills as the work needs to be done timely and accurately. The ideal candidate will be team orientated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication skills. Knowledge of various office equipment including Microsoft Office and database systems. This position requires a minimum of a High School Degree along with at least two years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
