Office Manager for small architectural firm. Job requires managing accountants, Payroll, accounts receivable and payable, must be proficient at QuickBooks. Familiarity with Architectural billing software such as BQE Core. Personal assistant for company owner to manage personal accounts and bills.. Remote work is ok, however possible bimonthly review meeting on site is possible.

Pay: $52,207.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
