Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Perform various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
- Conducting account reconciliations
- Processing journal entries
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with tax preparation and compliance
- Conducting account analysis and providing recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in accounting or construction cost tracking preferred
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.25 - $19.35 per hour
