Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answering phones, emails and helping walk-in clients.
- Assisting with the purchases of job products & materials; including logistics, i.e., shipping confirmation, tracking, special handling, etc.
- Maintaining client relationships
- Customer quotes and invoices; including preparing estimate proposals and related correspondence
- Preparing invoices in QuickBooks software, accounts receivable.
- Entering, categorizing and processing company expenses
- Tracking jobs, schedules, supplies
- Organizing and counting apparel.
- Working long side our designers and communicating with our clients on their behalf.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
