Looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, preparing specifications/contracts, and data entry. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to details, self-motivation, and superior customer service.
Experience in a construction office setting(preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Word & Outlook required. Marketing/social media experience preferred.
