How you will make an impact
- Receive and direct visitors
- Field telephone calls
- Support diverse projects for other employees
- Complete word processing, filing, and faxing
-work 20 hours per week
- Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems- Command of Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Deep understanding of Light Accounting
- Foundational knowledge in Administrative Assistance
- Comprehensive knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls
- Experience with Administrative Office
- Proven ability to use the internet for research
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
