Position Summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of Care Partners Global Transitional Care. The Executive Assistant will commit to learning and demonstrating the Care Partners way: we will create deep, meaningful relationships with our clients, families, and associates through the aspects of Love, Empathy and Compassion.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday business hours, on-site at Orange County corporate office
- Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer
Responsibilities
Administrative Assistance to CEO, COO, CNO - 25%
- Monthly GTC meeting coordination
- Orientation facilitation
- Exit interview coordination
- Event planning for team outings and events
Data Collection - 25%
- Transfer of patient information from Care Plan (OneTouch EMR) to hospital data tracker
Onboarding and Credentialing - 50%
- Licensure and credentials verification
- Initiation of background screening via ApplicantInsight
- Authorizing pre-employment testing including but not limited to drug screening and vaccinations
- Coordination of new hire documentation and requirements
- Prompt and accurate communication with credentialing contacts
- Personnel file auditing
- Maintenance of submission to payroll and benefits

Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting preferred
- At least 1 year of experience a healthcare setting preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, cell phone apps, and computer skills
- Attention to detail, effective communication, and decision making skills
- Coachability and commitment to problem solving
- Adherence to company policies when handling confidential information
- Must present a professional appearance and promote a positive, conscientious work environment
