The position requires phone and email communication, data collection, database entry, interaction with the field staff and general office duties. You may often work alone and for the right candidate, hybrid and part time options are available.
For this position, you would:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Perform data entry, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
