Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer systems, and have experience providing administrative support. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Take payments from clients
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Outlook products and other computer applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
