The Administrative Assistant position provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and additional responsibilities for the Corporate Office.
Essential Job Functions:

- Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle information requests
- Type reports, memos, letters and other documents
- Read and analyze incoming submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their execution
- Execute project contracts by preparing for signatures, gathering information and forwarding to appropriate departments, attached required documentation and returning to client. Maintaining contract database
- Manage and coordinate IT requests and functions
- Issue certificates of insurance to clients
- Maintain fleet tags, titles and renewals
- Bid Tracking
- Order corporate supplies
- Approve invoices as applicable
- Prepare vendor forms
- Perform clerical functions such as prepare correspondence, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings and travel
- Perform filing, scanning and other administrative duties as required
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Assist CEO with all tasks.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of Administrative Experience
- Customer Service personality
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
