Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis! You will provide overall support to attorneys' and legal assistants' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Be first point of contact with guests and clients: answering phones, greeting clients, offering refreshments
- Set up and maintain conference room for meetings
- Ordering, unpacking, and organizing supplies
- Sort and distribute mail
- Help keep our beautiful office running smoothly
- Help maintain calendar and schedule meetings
- Court and errand runs
- Provide other standard administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years of previous experience in an office environment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to strictly follow office procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong work ethic
- Friendly, upbeat and can-do personality
