Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and sorting mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Assist with office management tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Familiarity with office management tools and equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Proficient in using QuickBooks software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong attention to detail skills

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
