Administrative Assistant

Clegg's Pest Control is seeking an Administrative Assistant join our team in Raleigh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide first level support or guidance to clients and employees
• Work with PestPac, our pest control scheduling software, to ensure the orderly dispatch of company jobs so that service technicians are properly routed throughout the day.
• Demonstrate multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
• Handle sub-contract paperwork – update, dispatch, and scan service orders
• Process and complete daily deposit for pest and termite paperwork
• Balance customer demands with service technicians and Sales team requests
• Sell pest control service jobs and set general inspections daily

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years experience within a customer service or clerical environment
• An excellent phone manner and strong verbal communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry skills are essential
• Candidates must take the phone screen assessment to be considered for this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Experience:

• Admin Asst/Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
