Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Phones:
- Answer Phones, providing courteous and professional customer service.
- Intake of call in SERPRO software and notifying proper franchise teams.
Office Administration:
- Maintain company calendar/schedule: Ensure meetings are calendared and travel booked, resulting in compliant meeting attendance.
- Maintain company contact directory
- Maintain proper on-hand delivery of office and general supplies: Ensure needed supplies are on-hand, resulting in productive employees
- Uniform Inventory, ordering and disbursement to franchise location employees
- Tracking Customer Document status through DocuSign software
- Obtaining Insurance Adjuster Information and updating SERVPRO Work Center
HR Administration:
- Assist with writing and updating policy and procedures
- Assist with reviewing new candidates and scheduling interviews
Marketing:
- Updating Company/Contact information in Salesforce software
- Sending MSA documents as requested from Marketing Manager through DocuSign
- Marketing Projects as requested
Position Requirements
- 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
- Experience in service industry environment a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
- Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate®and proprietary software
- Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
