Administrative Assistant (Real Estate)
Full Time: 40 hours
Hourly: $15-$18 plus bonus

Our fast-growing Real Estate firm is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual, who loves getting things done. We are looking for a perfectionist to take care of our clients' and office's basic necessities! We are a family-oriented,Christian based firm based in downtown Fort Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
- Process and file paperwork
- Manage tenant requests
- Research and Manage repair vendor
- Request quotes
- Process inbound/outbound mail, checks,
- Prepare and process meeting documents
- Copying, scanning, labeling and electronically filing documents
- Maintain client records within CRM database
- Interface with clients, team members, business partners and vendors
- Write and update job duties' checklist and instructions
- Maintain office supplies and place orders
- Be primary on telephones
- Complete other requests and projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus
- Texas Real Estate License or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 3 years' experience in as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent in a professional setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred
- Three (3) professional references
- United States citizenship

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Outlook email
- Redtail CRM
- Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Teams
- Industry specific software (Zipforms, Appfolio, Dotloop, MLS)
Dress Code: Business professional
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am -4pm. On call as needed for tenant repairs.
Hourly Pay: $15 - $18 per hour (based on experience) plus annual bonus
